Micro-Worldbuilding Opportunity: It's amazing how you can take one stat block and turn it into a totally different being. Such is the case with Orok. If the party is inclined, it should be easy to take the child in. I might alter Orok with another backstory and a destiny that would surprise everyone especially him. All we need is a preteen at rock bottom.
